Transient Labs / The Lab

A redesign of Transient Labs’ on-chain creation platform, improving first-time onboarding, contract clarity, and mobile usability resulting in a 40% increase in successful contract creations and stronger artist retention.

United Masters Subscriptions

A multi-team collaboration effort to redesign a cross-platform subscription flow, using data from funnel analysis, session recordings, and usability testing, leading to an 18% increase in premium sign-ups within the first month.
